Anti-Spatter liquid with corrosion protection 1 kg spray bottle

Anti-Spatter is a non-flammible, water soluble anti-Spatter agent, which protects welding tables from adherence of welding Spatters. While welding with Anti-Spatter no toxic or harmful vapours or decomposition products are formed.

Naturally, Anti-Spatter can also be used over parts that are to be welded (e.g. steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanized parts). If these parts are to be painted subsequently, the dried residue have to be removed previously with a suitable cleaner.
The following is suitable: Water, aqueous, acidic and neutral cleaners (e.g. 2% of anti-Spatter cleaner in water). Not suitable are cold cleaner or chlorinated hydrocarbon.

Anti-Spatter should preferably be applied using a spray bottle (alternately with a brush, rag, etc.). The anti-Spatter effect works equally in damp and dried conditions. The welding spatters can be wiped away easily after welding is completed.
The cost of Anti-Spatter when used on daily equals come approximately to 20-30 EURO/m²per year.
